Rehearsals

We meet on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 to 9.30 in Broughton Parish Room (ST21 6NW) with a break for tea and biscuits (and cake if there is a birthday celebration). From October to March we sing in the glow of an open fire which is a joy to behold on a cold winter’s evening!
 

We sing in four parts, usually unaccompanied and with original arrangements by Martin Jones. We have a varied repertoire of songs from sea shanties and folk music through to Cole Porter and pop music classics. We even have our own in-house composition team of Jones and Jones who have written many songs for adult and children’s choirs.
 

Sheet music is provided but it is no barrier to taking part if you don’t feel comfortable reading it.

Fees

The choir is £5 per week, or members can pay the whole term up front on a discounted rate of £3.50 per week
